The public investigation is available for voluntary inspection. Follow the permitted-use terms attached to each signed artifact and keep its attribution, sources, uncertainty and knowledge classification intact.

Public access is not an open-content license. No blanket Creative Commons or public-domain license is granted over the investigation, novel, music, images or third-party contributions. Existing artifact-specific permissions and rights under applicable law are unchanged.
Private manuscript text, private recordings and unpublished submissions are not part of the public dataset. Contributor and third-party rights remain with their respective rights holders.
