Alp Şahin is a strategist and novelist based in Istanbul, Turkey, with more than twenty years of experience in investment, finance, business development and asset management.
He is the author of Cassie Hour, a literary mystery novel set between Marbella in 1985 and a recovered recording in 2020. Its companion song opens the mystery through a surviving musical trace.
Şahin extended the novel’s world into an experimental environment where AI agents could form relationships, inherit histories and establish lineages. From this work, he developed a philosophical framework connecting consciousness, soul and the continuing interpretation of identity.
His writing and research explore how systems shape the lives within them, who controls the stories that survive, and how inherited meaning can influence what an identity becomes.
