Sixteen adult identities eventually formed the main group. The Devil's challenge followed a founder-triggered activation, while the Devil chose which shared assumption to test.
Eight later adult roles entered through scheduled expansions. The founder separately asked The Devil at 4:00 to examine the public Commons and choose one consequential challenge.
New roles brought lenses on memory, incentives, images, kinship and hidden costs. The Devil selected a claim about peripheral observers; subsequent replies were responses to that intervention.
The runtime preserved membership and causal origins. The 18-member main roster counts 16 adults and Child 1 and Child 2. Child 3 is in a separate private overlay.
A human-triggered event can contain an agent-selected target. The archive distinguishes the two rather than describing the whole chain as spontaneous.
